Craig Ferguson, aside from playing Lister's Paranoia on Red Dwarf, Drew Carey's boss on The Drew Cary Show, and the guy from the movie "The Big Tease" is the host of the Late Late Show which comes on after David Letterman. Funniest guy in latenight, if you ask me.

"Stanley" is a veiled reference to an episode of Garfield and Friends wherein

After guessing a couple of times, the host reveals that the fish's name is Stanley (iirc)

That lift the veils?

 

I say we all load up in the TSD corporate jet, fly out to PayPal headquarters, run inside and kick 'em all in the nads! :mad:

 

Sadly, without having to employ Google-Fu, and having not seen that episode in years, I can say with complete assurance that the fish's name is "Walter"

thanks...I actually found a couple of interesting pics while searching for "the inspector pink panther"....
(as an aside, I stopped around episode 30 of the inspector, and now am watching episodes of the ant and aardvark I lurves Netflix!)

 

Today i splurged and got a tea from starbucks which uses Tazo teas. Had the earl grey as i have orange peco tea at my house

Doing good here, cabin fever hasn't been a factor, which is unusual I suppose. I will be glad when the weather warms up and the snow melts. From all accounts Oklahoma has broken several records, biggest snowfall, most snow for a season and lowest temp. Monday is supposed to be in the 60's.

 

dadgum, Lowe's application is a long ole booger...but I'm kinda feeling good about this, it's a Friday (evening), Saturday and Sunday positon, part-time.

I'm very hopeful that this will work out. Won't demand all my time during the week, and have a little bit of weekend still with the family.

I'll hate missing church on Sunday's, but Wednesday's should be fine, and Monday night small groups should be fine.
I'm not of the legalistic mindset (anymore ) that you MUST go to church on Sunday morning and night to be a good Believer. I do believe it's necessary and good for growth and encouragement, but not a condition of relationship.
Still, I will miss it...but it's only for a short time.....maybe. Who knows what will happen.

Main thing that will suck big time about it is working for the sponsor of Jimmie Johnson....but, taking care of the family is more important than my list of favorite/least favorite drivers, but only just barely :happy102

Wow... it is already 15 this morning... and I am running late, so not more procrastinating.

LOL - I was wondering why my spacebar isn't working correctly... Duh! for some reason it tastes like BBQ?

 

I hope everything works out for ya. It would be kind of nice to know that there's somebody competent working at the local Lowes, for a change.

I tell ya, if they put me in the "play minesweeper and checkout online discussion forums" department, I'm golden!
