    Evening, folks.

BAIT? Hahaha. What the heck is that?

Ugh. That's an eyesore. I can't seem to remember that theme. 3.1, right? I was a Mac user back then and thought Windows was a lesser OS. It's the other way around for me now. Haha.

not until your ear canal replacement and memory wipe, anyway....

wow, I can't imagine those lyrics being any better no matter who is singing/quoting them.

thank God I never heard of this Jason Beaver or whatever until that Super Bowl commercial, and curse you "that super bowl" commercial!

    Warning: shave-related talk....

after all the comments I've heard about Caswell-Massey soap being less than satisfactory, I'd dreaded A) trying it for myself, and B) buying it.

Well, tonight I finally decided to go for it.

Soaked the ol' badger/boar blend, changed the blade in the fat handled tech (I just can't get a good shave from the Iridiums), wet my face, and grabbed a towel.

Grabbed the brush, let it drip a little, grabbed the soap bowl, and went to work.
Not a bad sandalwood scent, pretty good actually. Lather looks pretty good, fairly thick, and seems slick.

Hmmm, maybe I'm one of the lucky few that will actually like a product that is mostly panned?
    Only time will tell....

Wet face again, get to lathering.
Ahhh, feels good. Smells good. I think this will be a good shave.

Set brush down, admire thick-looking lather, look down, grab razor, look back up....???

Where the heck did the lather go?

Literally, where did it go? I literally looked down 3.14 seconds - okay, I didn't count, but it couldn't be much more than that, if that.

    Wow.

Might make a good superlather with an unscented cream, but I probably won't find out...took soap with me into the shower to clean with.

I must say, I smell rather good all over....:D

ooooh, sweet! there's a /X switch for CHKDSK for non-system discs that won't let you run /F on USB mounted drives :happy108

I had not. Now if someone would port a spry linux like puppy or arch to that... The latest puppy uses Ubuntu packages. Hmmm...

    I'm completely brain-frazzled today... Layman's terms?

    or DSL

two of my servers had problems after the power outage yesterday. Got the main one working yesterday, gave up and decided to work on the other this morning - it's not super-critical, just anti-virus updates, and it also "saves time" :happy102 - but I didn't have the mental energy to stay any later last night, nor did I have my USB adapter for internal hard drives.

So, I'm hooking up the hard drives to my desktop to run CHKDSK, with the automatically fix system errors option, but it won't run unless I schedule it to run on reboot....makes sense if it's your C: drive, not any other drive. But I guess because it's a C: for another computer it won't run.
Drop out to command prompt, run CHKDSK /X and it dismounts the drive so it can run the /F.
    Groovy
