Wow... it has been a long time since this thread was so active on a Friday.

SPRING BREAK!!!!!

Time for my staycation!

 

oh, is it Friday? Man, it's just now finally feeling like Tuesday....


...and too bad our Spring Break was last week, I could really use the week off (one that does NOT include painting walls, trim, etc.)

 

Well I really hope its Friday. I already thought it was Friday when it was Wednesday.

 

I remember you mentioning that....how'd that 3 hours of sleep work for ya?

 

It worked well enough thanks to Dew and a 1/2 gallon coffee mug. And then I only got 4 hours of sleep last night. Can't imagine why I was up so late yesterday...

 

Yes, yes, yes, yes, indeed check into LastPass. I've only just started using it myself, maybe a couple of weeks, so I'm not that experienced with it yet, but I'm definitely glad I did.

 

Whew! That was a close one....

My wife's phone has been having "technical difficulties" the past week or so (courtesy of a sudden, unexpected impact with concrete), it still works fine, but one of the springs for the slider function came loose.
Her dad had bought insurance on their phones when they got them last year, so she went to have it fixed (remember, phone works fine, just the slider won't stay in place), but they didn't have the parts, or couldn't get them, or something, so they replaced the phone.
Shockingly, we opened the box when it got to the house to find the same exact model phone (wife was double excited it was still the pink one...she was more anxious about getting the right color than a good phone ...).
Well, she's on her way to go have them transfer the data from the old phone to the new one (why didn't they ship the phone straight to the store???), and all the sudden I had a recollection (I know, unusual for me, right?) - I bought a 8 GB micro SD card for her and put it in there!
Called and had her check for it (I couldn't recall for sure if I ever installed it or not), and sure enough she found it.
Now, I'm not saying the store employee wouldn't have checked for it, as I'm sure he/she would....however, there's always the chance they would wait til she left before looking for it....

 

well, that's odd...it's supposed to store you pass-words, not swear-words

 

hmmmm... some weird shaving bug just bit me and I shaved for the 2nd time today. This time with a straight. I hadn't touched one in a long time and need to relearn the E-W/W-E passes that I was still having trouble with last time.

 

I've always gone with KeePass, but in today's world I think some kind of password manager is a must.

 

I was leaning toward KeePass originally, no particular reason, but when LastPass acquired Xmarks, it seemed copacetic to go with them

(copacetic isn't exactly the word I was looking for, but I like the sound of it )

Just got an interesting phone call (on the potentially very good side) from out of the blue....

It may be absolutely nothing, or it could be something very big.
Would mean some major changes, but could be very worth it :chores016....Stay tuned

Oh, did I mention that I'm sleeping on the couch tonight?
Since I had to work late, and my wife went to have supper with her dad, she thought it okay to use the forbidden perfume... and thus I can't breathe in the bedroom.

I have that forbidden perfume also, but mostly when I eat Mexican food.

 

I slept in the recliner last night. However that was more due to wife still yelling and fuming about the Ohio St and KY game.
