too true, too true, my wife would agree with that about me

however, it's not forbidden because I don't like it or it's unpleasant, it's forbidden (to me) because it kicks my allergies and asthma in the nads, then gives an atomic wedgie, then a double swirley.
I literally can't breathe around that perfume; when I got home last night, they'd been gone for about 2.5 hours, and even that long as soon as I walked in the bedroom, it hit me like a Mac truck.

Super-sensitive allergies SUCK

 

Oh please oh please oh please tell me Kentucky won!?!

They're about the last team left in there that I'll pull for (unless Butler is still in it)

find the source of the mystery kitchen smell


Well the first has already been done. It has clearly been too long since I moved those items out of their compartments between the cabinets and wall. Way too much gets back there. Unfortunately, the smelly thing wasn't there. I really hope it isn't in the walls....

When I went to Temple years ago, I had a pretty grubby in North Philly. It was definitely the hood and the previous tennants had to have been slovenly bastiges. Anyway, I used mouse poison, and a whole posse of them rodents got into it and then ended up dying in the kitchen wall. It took about two weeks to develop, but was downright rank.

 

I was looking for a trail of shaving supplies, but I couldn't find any, so I already ruled you out. Good to know you are still up and typing.

I wouldn't rule out dead mice in the walls and that was my first impression when I smelled that smell. However, I just ran some stuff through the garbage disposal and it doesn't smell as bad now. Either that or the smell of freshly ground coffee is covering the rank very well.

 

Since we seem to have several Android OS users in here, I just wanted to be sure you all were aware that Amazon now has their own Appstore for Android up and running, and offer "A paid app for free every day".

Today's free app is SwiftKey Keyboard.

 

Yeah, I have been getting e-mails from Amazon about their appstore and loaded it earlier this week. I am not sure how I feel about Swiftkey. Have you tried it yet? I guess I can download and then delete it if I don't like it.

Well I will give it a shot. I wonder if it plays nice with swype. So far it does not appear to do anything.. I thought that I had turned it on. Hmmmmmmm

Well I am certainly liking tapatalk. However, it turns out that I can't use SwiftKey with swype. So now I have to choose. I downloaded a key pass application as well. Has anybody here tried using there phone at the checkout as the store card?

yeah, you can only use one keyboard at a time. I have Swype, Swiftkey, and SlideIt all on mine, can't remember how I got SlideIt free, but I did. Wish I would've waited and got SwiftKey free, though.

you have to enable the keyboards, as you know, the easiest way to pick which keyboard you want to use is long press on an area to type, and choose input method.

 

Ugh the mall is zoo. Oh the fun of waiting while wife and daughter look for new swimsuits.

wouldn't you know, haven't been able to get on for the past 4 hours (normally not a big deal, but had a correspondence I needed to tend to), and once I finally ask about it, it starts working

 

RE: mice dying in the walls.

I've had that happen, and it's horrible.

Worse?

I have skunks that get under the house every Spring.

They get spooked in the night, and then everything in the house smells like burnt rubber for about 4 days. It's the pits.

Went to the big city today with the wife, and she bought almost every book in Shreveport, save one. And I bought it. Picked up a copy of By the Sword, by Greg Costikyan. I've read one other of his books, and it sits very high on my list of favorites. I'm looking forward to this one.
