  1. The thing that amazes me about this, is how the electric spatula just manages to almost magically float the stuff off the glass. Technology sometimes really impresses me. This is one of those times.
  2. Speaking of the mess floating as if on air....

I suspect a very transparent and thin sheet that the goo was deposited on. The magic spatula slides underneath that transparent sheet so it appears to miraculously lift the goop while leaving 0% on the original sheet and without disturbing the goop. When a real spatula is used, they placed in on top of the transparent sheet allowing the goop to smear.

But that is just my $.02
  3. I was thinking maybe some kind of electrochemical effect. You know, the spatula has some kind of special charge that causes the stuff to float ever so slightly, where a regular spatula doesn't complete the circuit.

    Your idea seems more feasible.
  4. Given some of the advances in surface level nano-technology, the video could easily be real.

  18. Just fired an e-mail of to an author:

Too wordy? Too "snitchy"? Any thoughts? I'll keep you posted if I hear back from him.
  19. summer glau's my Official Distractiongirl. She's been in three of my most favoritest shows: the 3300, Firefly, and Dollhouse.

The Sarah Connor Chronicles had a lot of promise but just didn't quite get there in my opinion. I think the main problem was that they attempted too many fancy action sequences on a television series budget. It didn't help that they brought in dude from 90210 to play a tough guy.

I think it's commendable. The author needs to know.
