Hey, I have a 1912 travel razor, but the handle is tiny and I would really like to add some weight to the razor and explore improving an already good shaver. So, are there any options (either vintage or aftermarket manufacturers) for a handle that screws into the 1912 head? The Gem razors just seem like prime candidates where a different handle can change the shave and the experience of shaving.
I ordered a pack of grub screws and use my DE handles on my 1924. It might be easier than hunting down a SE specific handle.
If it's similar to the Ever Ready 1914 (Shovel Head), then pick up a stainless steel set screw and you can use any DE razor handle you want. 10/32 I think is the correct size for the 1912 (8/32 for the Shovel Head).
