Can't be too careful these days, Joe. Suggesting to an 11 year old that they watch a video of yourself can justifiably raise red flags. Hope nothing more comes of this.

I never did. I am a popular sub teacher and l guess kids saw my name, etc. Also, some of these kids have siblings in high school that have subscribed to my channel and may have shown it to them. Today, one of the 8th grade students told me her mother subbed my channel because she thought it was a hoot. I can see that some parents might find it unnerving because there are perverted teachers. After the meeting with the principal, the matter was settled.

The misunderstandings are a shame, but it sounds like your principal handled the situation reasonably.
