Col. Conk Glycerin based Bay Rum Soap
Dovo Best Quality full hollow
Edge refined by the use of much maligned, and sometimes hated convexed hones
Proraso Green toning lotion w/menthol & eucalyptus

With my January Rule running out, I just plan fell off the wagon here in the end.

Having fallen in love with the ease of convexing my own hones with the Jarrod Plate. I just had to do another razor.

Lovely smooth edge. Awesome shave. Prolly not as good as the Flair Tip with a Feather, but overtakes the Personna Blue.

I do like animal fat soaps better than glycerin based open edge.

 

That does it. I'm buying some shave gear tonight. Put a plate out for me, Dave.

I like it thinner for a shavette or straight shave but a bit thicker for others . I find it just dissipates faster than I want it to.

 

Excellent Old Spice shave Myles. Do the females of the millennial generation dig the Old Spice scent?
