Finally finished The Sarah Connor Chronicles, I thought it was quite well done, and enjoyed it a lot. There were a few snoozers of episodes, but overall quite good.

    Just started Firefly....

ooh! both seasons of the Chronicles, or just the first? I was impressed with that show- translating the Terminator formula to T.V. standards and T.V. budgets took some real work. The guy from 90210 played the role well but I just couldn't get the 90210 connection out of my head. I bet he gets that a lot.

you're in for a treat with Firefly. You might also check out Dollhouse if you haven't yet.

Both seasons, wish there were more. Indeed they did as well of a job as one could expect.
Never saw 90210 so I don't know which one you're talking about, so there was nothing to mess up my enjoyment of the show

hmmm... in the Chronicles, 90210 guy [Brian Austin Green] played Derek Reese. The guy from the future that knows future Connor.

just in case you were wondering, copied from Wikipedia:

Brian Austin Green portrays David Silver [on 90210]. David always wanted to be "in." He and Scott Scanlon spent hours trying to be cool enough, and for David it worked, but Scott was left behind. During his junior year, between taking a double load to graduate with the gang, Donna, being the school DJ, and trying to have a social life, he and Scott grew apart. When Scott accidentally shot himself it was a huge blow for David, and a source of immense guilt at the state the friendship ended in. After his father Mel and Kelly's mom Jackie married and had a child Erin, David was fully part of the gang. But it wasn't enough. Whether it be the college radio station, a music deal, or the Peach Pit After Dark, he tried too hard and tended to push people away whenever he got into trouble. He kicked his drug habit, managed to avoid becoming an alcoholic, but the club did poorly under his management, he did discover he had the same mild form of depression that his mother suffered from and treating that has helped. In the later seasons, following a hit single, he hosted a radio show broadcast from the Peach Pit. He dated Sofie, then Gina, then Camille, and finally reunited with Donna, whom he married in the series finale. In the new series episode "Okaeri, Donna!" Donna reveals that she and David separated shortly after the birth of her daughter.

Did the Mt. Dew thing in college. Had one a few months ago and it just tasted gross to me. I've really cut down my sugar intake since then, so I think my tastes are very different. Much more black coffee and tea.

    Thanks for the warning.

I'm starting to think I like Matt Smith's Doctor Who better than David Tennant's.

Just saw the first snake of the season....in the big oak tree in the front yard...the one I was about to hide eggs around.....

yep. I really, really like Matt Smith as the good Doctor. David Tennant was good, but just didn't quite nail it. Not like Matt Smith anyway. And bowties are cool.

alleluia, alleluia. the Lord is risen indeed. Alleluia.

This tree looks innocent enough, doesn't it?

    But he holds a secret...

    Not so secret anymore...

Now, in these pictures he's sticking out a lot more than he was this morning (OoC, here I come :D). When I first spotted him this morning, barely his head was protruding, I have no idea how I spotted him, that's about 8 feet off the the ground.

ahhh yes... the tree snake, always a riot when they land on unsuspecting egg searchers.

Good job spotting it before the hunt.
