Super shaves Jeff! The A & E Kaizen is supposed to be a great soap. Have a terrific Tennessee day!

Really nice combination Jeff! The Kaizen made the cut to travel, impressive. Cremo gets a bad rap by some, there's just a lot of good (or better) competition at it's price point if you are searching for it.

Thanks, Patrick, particularly for my bride, who has almost become agoraphobic. Hopefully, the vaccine will help her be less fearful about stepping outside and meeting other people.

Thanks, Joe! I like it, but will not replace it when it’s gone. Their Shaving Butter is another story! Already ordered a second tub of it!

    Vintage Williams~~Simpson Rover~~1947 Gillette Super-Speed/Feather~~Nasomatto Hindu Grass
Yesterday, I shaved with a soap that costs $70.00/100g.
Today, I shaved with a soap that, when new, cost $.19.

Now, I probably paid $10.00-12.00 for this vintage puck of Williams, BUT...
It's better than the Italian, highfalutin, artisanal soap---WAAAAAAAY better.

The slickness of the soap is unbelievable, with multiple strokes and
    buffing never an issue.
My soap is mentholated, and it really packed a punch on this frigid morning.
Day Two of the Feather blade, this time inserted in my '47 Super-Speed.
What a terrific razor. Mos def© Desert Isle worthy.
    ATG on the neck...easy-peasy.
    Baby caught without issue.
I received a sample of a scent yesterday, a 5ml decant of Nasomatto Hindu Grass.
I am still searching for a full bottle. Received a fake bottle from a shady seller in Russia, along with
a fake bottle of Duro. Luckily, Ebay backed me and I received a full refund and kept the fakes,
which are in a landfill in Danville. I wouldn't trust that junk to spray on my skin...no way.:rolleyes005:
This sample has a great smell, but I still question whether or not is has been diluted.
    A 30ml bottle retailed (discontinued) for $185.00
Ebay seller, with excellent feedback, sold me this 5ml decant for $24.99.
Do the math. At $25.00/5ml decant, seller can get 6 decants from the 30ml bottle.
    6x$25.00=$150.00.:shocked029:
Does that make a lick of sense?
Seller would make more money selling the original bottle for retail.
Ergo, something's probably rotten in the state of Denmark.

Wise move on stocking up before the ice storm. I would like to have a natural gas generator installed at our home.

Thanks, Blair! But for $8 there’s not anything better that I’ve found. Nivea is comparable, but I like menthol and the mint in Cremo. Enlighten me! What have you found that’s mentholated and is superior for $8?

Wow, Terry! Now that's an interesting design. Is there a brand? I’ll be interested in how it compares to your beloved Devette! Take care, my friend, and stay safe out there. Just got my first Covid vaccine yesterday.

Wonderful shave and photo Joe. Happy Hump Day.

Fantastic Williams Wednesday shave Dave. Take care and stay safe.

Fantastic travel shave lineup and photo Jeff.

Excellent report and shave photos. I love the Rover. Something doesn't make sense on the eBay pricing.

Happy Hump Day Everyone. The AOS Lavender cream is sinking fast now. I think it will be done sometime next week. Three passes and touch ups just missed the baby. I did a poor job buffing my lower right neck. I picked up my hearing aids from Costco yesterday. I am hearing things I have not heard in decades. I have a feeling that could be a double edge sword. I hope everyone has a great Wednesday.

Love it, Charlie! Reminds me of Norm Crosby’s comedic rep in the 50s and 60s for double talk! This was classic mechanical engineering doubletalk, but honestly it reminds me of what many of my first year engineering courses sounded like to my untrained ears! :happy088:
