Very nice. It will take a lot of razors to fill that up. Good thing you're not on a No Buy 2020.

I felt the Feather blade more so than my Rockwell blade in my R102.

Last Feather I used was sharp but not the smoothest blade for me . May have to revisit them.

    Razor: AA Gen Takahashi Tokusei
Brush: CRD Sky Dragon 26 mm Synthetic
    Lather: Lakewood Soap Company Test-Green
    Aftershave: Aqua Velva Musk
    Additional Care:

Thayer's Witch Hazel - Aloe Vera
    Stirling Unscented Glacial Balm

The first day of vacation. No specific plans as The COVID nonsense forced us to cancel our plans for a trip to Riviera Maya in Mexico. I guess that means some possible day trip as well as working on some indoor projects.

I had a wonderful shave this morning with the Takahashi Tokusei. Three passes that lead to shave nirvana. Super smooth and velveteen even along the jaw hinge challenge area.
I am participating in testing a new soap base for Linda Morris of Lakewood Soaps. In the past I have featured her Prarie Song soap.
The “Green” test soap, at least to my nose, has an aquatic scent. I used the CRD synthetic to whip up the lather. It took a little time, possibly a little extra water may have been added initially, however I managed to produce a thin slick lather. I had enough lather for four applications. With each application I was able to thicken the lather a little as swirled the brush on my face.
I have three test soaps, Green, Blue and Red which I am to use and provide Linda feedback. First impression: easy to lather, slick and very nice post shave feel. I am looking forward to trying the other two.
    Have a great day gentlemen.
