Looking good Danny. That is going to be very nice when you have it cleaned up.

 

Cut a head into wedges, wrap each one in foil along with a strip of bacon, butter, and seasoned pepper, and drop 'em on the grill. I flip 'em every 15 minutes and take 'em off after 30 to 45 minutes. They are cooked through and have a little char on the outside of the wedges.

 

I'm definitely going to try that!
