I had never heard of that WS 23, Dave. Looked it up. Do you ever just used a menthol additive instead?

Interesting. I use Gold Bond occasionally (not really shave related per se) and do have a vintage bottle of Old Spice talc that I enjoy...without reading in depth on it, why does Dr Mrs Primo eschew its usage?
Would this count for baby powder as well?

Mine sways too and I know a mini focus would help me improve the efficiency but I gravitate to razors that don't require the focus as I rotate so many different ones..............................SQUIRREL

Glad you're prepared for dealing with the out of ordinary Blair. GREAT shave ! My TDH aftershave looks different, may check that out to see if the same. Mine:

 

I have some 444 Cream but prefer the WS as it builds and doesn't affect scent as Menthol can. The Holy Black Creeper line was the 1st to use the WS (synthetic) cooling agents. Many others do now.

 

Sorry it came to that with the Tatara, Clint. Is that brush new? I can’t recall.

I started my wet shaving journey right here in the 30DC. The whole technique trumps tools really took with me. I've come to enjoy the challenge and I'll stick with a razor until it's no longer a challenge. That's just my thing with no expectations for anyone else. We all do what we enjoy and that makes me happy.

Forgot to mention, the TdH AS & EdP was in a set that Wifey bought. EdP is regular size, the AS a much smaller sample.
