Wow, good to know. I thought based on the price they weren't. Solid brass razor for $30...yup I'd strip that thing down.

 

I thought they were all brass. You are correct...Zamac needs a coating.

Terrific shaves Jeff! The Obsidian sounds like a great frag. I never had home made anisette cookies. Stella Doro anisette toast, that's gold star to you non-Italians, was my only introduction to that flavor as a kid. Years later, I was able to have anisette in my coffee.

I think that it was great for the radiologist to give you the good news so quickly. Maybe he/she sensed that you were concerned and wanted you to know the results so that you can have a great weekend. Whatever the reason for getting the good news, the doctor ought to be commended.

 

Super shavestick shave Blair! I only have one shave stick (Tabac) and I get great lathers from it. It seems to me that a few members have done well with shavesticks. I would never pooh pooh them. They are usually relegated as travel gear, but I see no reason to avoid using them at home. Btw, the hot towel is a nice touch. Have a great day!

Means I will not go out until later this evening to complete round 2 of shoveling. This morning, following the X3Bar workout, I had a nice and relaxing shave. Classic Italian/Spanish combination for a three pass shave and finish.

That black ice can be dangerous! I almost slipped on regular ice the other day. We don't need any broken bones. Btw, have your ribs healed?
