Thank you Blair. Unfortunately, no avatar change this week since we had the entire week off for Mid Winter break.

 

Lol! I can just see you flipping out in a good way! I love grilling. My friends would have barbecues and they made sure I was invited because I was a good griller. Free food was my fee for my services.

 

Wow Jim. I am officially hungry now. You are going to so enjoy that setup.

Thanks Danny! It's thawing, we hit 35F today. The thermal radiation thaw from the sunshine was the best part, warm enough I forgot my jacket.

Still have a good bit of the state out of power, ~10%, just due to broken equipment from the super cold temps, transformers hate rotating surges and such. Biggest problem is the broken pipes everywhere. Still in an emergency alert til Monday for us, as well as many areas of Texas for boiling water. The city of Dallas, for example, I heard on the radio had over 280 water main breaks to repair.... My doctor's office, out of commission for a week for the same reason. A neighbor two houses away had their cold line to the washing machine freeze, he's a DIY'r like several of us....ripped out a sheet rock wall, is now replacing. The list just goes on.

But, mid to high 40s tomorrow, after about 18F tonight. Can't wait til Monday.....we're back to 30s at night, 50s to 60s for the rest of the week.

The best part was cooking everything at once. I turned the far left burner off for a warm zone so as things finished I moved it to the side. Very versatile. Nice too that I can lift it off and put the grates back on for a quick conversion back to a grill.
