    We just got back from a walk around the neighborhood. Beautiful day. Sunny 53 degrees.

    If I was thinking this morning I should have fried up some Brussel sprouts with some garlic and oregano in all the beautiful bacon fat before I cleaned it up. That would have been a great side for tonight's short ribs. Live and learn.
