Thank you Danny. I am trying to decide between a traditional steak or a flank steak with peppers, onions and tortillas.
Thanks, Danny! Thank you, Joe! Highly doubtful that I'll have shave gear in my pockets while we're out and about. Never know though. Thanks, Clint! Always happy to help! Sent from my SM-G965U using Tapatalk
I have experience with gun refinishing but mostly used bluing for the finishes . Been awhile so I'm not up to speed on the newer stuff they are using but I've heard of Cera coat used on razors before .
February Focus MWF~~Simpson Astor~~Feather AC/Professional Super~~Nasomatto Black Afgano Sticking with my Fat/Feather focus. Face-lathering the Fat is, imo, superior to bowl-lathering; and this is from someone who bowl-lathers 95% of the time. True dat. MWF reacts poorly with too much air whipped in. Second shave with the Feather professional Super blade. Love, love, love these. I have a pack of the regular Professionals, which I will try next. Meanwhile, let's see how many shaves I can get with this one Three passes in the traditional order, followed by a cursory WTG pass on the cheeks and jaw. No errors; no irritation; no nicks. Nada. Last time I used the below-pictured fragrance, I severely over-sprayed and was met with some displeasure by Dr. Mrs. Primo. Today...two small spritzes and...all's well in my home. This juice is potent, friends. According to basenotes.net, it has been reformulated to tone it down. I am not sure what batch I own, but I can attest that less is more. Plus, it's a scent I would eschew if going to work. Notes, in case anyone is scent-curious: From Fragrantica: I don't agree that it smells like cannabis. I get an Oud and Incense vibe.
Same thing. The major brands are Duracoat, Cerakote and KG Guncoat. Given how handy you are, I would think you could likely do it yourself. You should be able to google how to use to prepare the item and use them for the best results. I just thought a local gunsmith might already have the supplies and such so you would not have to invest in them.
Thank you Joe..The VDH luxury soap gives an acceptable lather, we are a hard water area, so some soaps i struggle to get a adequate. The VDH soap works. Take care. Yours-Barry.
I appreciate the invite but I have a few projects to get out if the way this afternoon. Enjoy the steak and post a few pictures for us to drool over.
Loving that Disco Clint. Brad does nice work I still have my opinion on the Fat but in fairness I like the after effect of it. Nice shave Primo
I get it, Patrick. While not as polarizing as Arko or Tabac, it still has its fans and detractors. If I couldn't get a soap to lather, I wouldn't have it in my den either.
I have hard water and I was fine with the VDH lather. I just didn't like the flimsy plastic container.
