Well since @Electrif pointed out that today is the anniversary of the patent date of the wonderful 1912 razor I decided to join in on a celebratory shave.
Mine just says Patd 1912. I was lucky enough to get a cased model but unfortunately the Damaskeene blade holder was missing. Btw I really like your OC version.
Sat 27th February RR 400. SE-Plissoft noir P & B Spitfire RR HawkV3-OC plate Feather Proguard [ 6 ] P & B Spitfire A/S Splash A very pleasant Saturday morning Shave, and had no trouble getting a nice close alll round Shave. This guarded blade works for me
Sun 28th February. The Grosvenor - 404 mixed OSP Bay Rum RR Hawk V3 -OC plate Feather Progurd [ 7 ] Pitralon Polar A/S Lotion Now getting back into the swing of this OC Razor. There is no doubt that to delivers great Shaves, but only if you have a light touch. Would not have had much success with it in my early Shaving days.

Sunday Schick shave, Feb 28th 2021 Razor: Schick golden 500 injector with hydro magic-MFG 1957-64 Great mild razor, handle is the longest of all my razors 5 3/8". Blade: Personna SS PTFE injector(9) excellent blade, very sharp, great longevity smooths out over time, predictable. Soap: Speick, has a nice mid range spice scent with good lather qualities, reasonable post shave feel. Brush: Yaqi Chianti's 24mm knot- excellent lather generator, cloud like soft tips with gentle scrub + great lather painter. Pre shave: Brush wash whole face with CeraVe hand bar cleanser a dollop of clear Aloe Vera gel on the cleaned beard area. Prep: Cold water rinse after each pass of 2 + pickups. WTG + ATG + pickups. Post shave: Razorock King Louis Lavender with witch hazel + a dollop of Nivea balm. Results: CCS,DFS,BBS + no irritation + no weepers = great shave with my Schick Golden 500 with hydro magic injector with a Personna blade. Have some great shaves! Stay & think safe in these times!

ED2band Arko Stick-grated RR Hawk V3-OC plate & Super knurl handle Feather Proguard [ 8 ] Tuff Red A/S Lotion There are some who moan about the scent of The Arko, but it does not worry me as the Lather is so good. Just very hard to believe how easy it is to get an abundant Lather from this soap, and even with the Blade on its 8th outing The Shave was so smooth and comfortable. As usual with this Razor the finish was nice and close in all areas.

GEMonday, March 1st 2021-Gem 1912 anniversary of its patent on Feb 27th, great different 1912 razor models over the decades. Razor: Gem Junior 1912 Parade with baton taper handle- MFG 1943, excellent mid range, I really enjoy this razor with tapered handle & receive stellar results. Blade: Gem Personna SS PTFE(3) Excellent blade, very sharp, smooths out nicely + very predictable+ great longevity. Soap: Speick- very nice spicy scent with great lather qualities, good post shave feel. Brush: Yaqi 24mm tuxedo knot with black marble handle its one of those brushes you just very much enjoy in all respects to a great brush. I have a lot of their brushes yet this one has the perfect loft and feel of doing its job perfect this morning. Pre shave: Brush washed face with CeraVe hand bar soap + a dollop of Aloe Vera gel on cleaned beard area. Prep: Cold water rinse after each pass of 2 + pickups. WTG + ATG + pickups. Post shave: Nivea refreshing aftershave + a dollop of Nivea balm. Results: CCS.DFS.BBs + no irritation + no weepers =excellent shave with my Gem 1912 JR Parade with tapered handle + a gem coated blade. Have some great shaves! Stay & think safe in these times!

Shame about the missing blade holder. I was lucky to get this OC. Most I've seen have been out of my range. A generous member that is on several forums had gotten an extra and was willing to make a trade for a razor I had. Beautiful razor, box and brush. Did you make that razor handle too?
I had a very enjoyable shave this morning with my Star 1912 with bakelite baton handle. I love the audio feedback of these razors especially on the baton handles.
Tue 2nd March Jayaruh Syn. No67 Tabac soap RR Hawk V3-OC plate Kai CT Mild Pink [ 1 ] Tabac A/S Lotion Still using The Hawk V3-OC, but with a Kai Captain Titan Mild Pink blade replacing The Feather Proguard. A lot more blade feel today and though I did not time it I suspect overall Shave Time was reduced, and the Quality of finish very good.
