    March 1st

    Simpsons Shaving Cream
Brad Sears Shave Works Disco - Super Badger Hybrid
    Seiko 6/8 Kamisori
Phoenix Artisan Accoutrements ASB & AS/C - Doppelgänger Black Label

In for March, technically will be 2/3 Rule I suppose. 1 Razor, 1 Brush, 2 soaps. Skin finishing and fragrance products are whatever is the fancy for the day. Looking to sink the Simpsons shaving cream, maybe 4-5 shaves left, then will continue with BAUME.BE shaving cream. These two creams are extremely similar for lathering and shaving performance in my world, save for the color in the tub. The Simpsons SC also starts off more hydrated (soft), enough that it could easily be in a tube.

Excellent bowl lather today with the Simpsons shaving cream, super volume, wonderful face feel and slick. The BSSW Archduke II handle w/super badger hybrid 28mm knot made easy work bowl lathering, but also continued to build more on the face with some gentle swirling and painting. 2.5 passes with the NOS Seiko Kamisori (traditional grind), 1 small neck weeper quelched with styptic. First pass for me is always with the grain (WTG, North to South), second pass is cross the grain (XTG, nose to ears), last half pass is just the jawline and lower, finishing usually with an opposite cross the grain, (XTG, ears to center, toe down). Nice super smooth results all over, save for a small sandpaper patch on the right jawline. Finished with PAA's Star Jelly, followed by a wifey super favorite :love055:, PAA's Doppelgänger Black Label (homage to Christian Dior's Savage).

    Here's PAA's scent description:

Fantastic shave this morning Joseph. You keep tempting me with your posts.

    Thank you Clint.

Very nice Focus plan Garrett. I look forward to your upcoming shave posts.

Absolutely beautiful shave Jeff. Hope you are having a good day.

Super shave Jim. Love the focus of using 1:1:2. You should really dial in the shaves by the end of the month. SWMBO's favorite = perfection.

Superb shave Pierpaolo. Every now and then I am tempted to pull the trigger, no not @Trigger, on obtaining a Razorine. What is your assessment of the razor?

Thank you Jeff. You have a great day as well.
