Hi all!
Finally had time to search for a different handle for my newly acquired razor.
So this mornings shave, it was used.
Although it didn't shave much differently, it was easier to wield.
The head shave was not as clean as I'm used to but none the less very good.
The face is clean and smooth.

Using a better than average soap and a new feather blade, I did the deed.
So basically even if you eliminate the safety bar, that's no assurance that the razor will preform as well as another open blade tool.
But it will raise the efficiency up a notch or two, or six, that's guaranteed .
Today is a good day here in the woods!
The dreaded covid has smacked us around a bit.
Me and my oldest grandson are the only two that haven't tested positive from the Chinese gift to the world.
Me watching and babysitting them during their illness.
I've been exposed, tested and quarantined so many times.
My wife having a high tendency for pneumonia ended up in the hospital.
Today she turned a corner and is doing well.
Maybe she'll get out in a few days.
I'm hoping anyway, never know about a biological weapon.
I know, I know..... no one wants to go there.
But that's what it is!
If it looks like a duck, quacks like a duck then flies like a duck..... it ain't no ground hog buddy.
That's my grandads words.
So far, we all survived.
As the song goes...
"A country boy will survive..."
Don't worry bout us, we're fine!
