Actually, Jason, if you check you’ll see that there’s a different blade (modern Pella PTFE Gem) in the MMCP. The blade in the photo is an antique prop.

Sounds like a great shave, Clint. I think it is very neat what Tatara did with the matching handle and am surprised more makers having done similarly. Looking forward to your assessment of the AS-D2 tomorrow as well.

Thank you Jeff...what the heck is a semi-Slant?..The 55SL is milder than the typical slant razor which is the reason parker called it the "Semi-Slant". However,the blade is still torqued so that it will cut the stubble at an angle instead of straight resulting in a milder, but equally efficient shave..I think that's what it means?..The 55SL does feel less efficient than my Merkur slants.Take care. We were careful, but it hit the daycare and schools and they closed a few times for weeks every time.
I should have caught it too.
I've been exposed so many times for so long because I watched everyone who had it with her staying away.
The doctors and covid nurses have no explanation for me not coming down with it.
But here I am.
Test 8 or 9 ( I lost count ) since November, still negative.
Take care, it can be brutal.

Thank you Joe. I had not had the opportunity to shave with a Dovo. I am definitely pleased with the result.

Malbolge is a dark spicy blend including notes of tobacco, citrus, anise, musk, patchouli, sugar and black pepper.
