I find it quite interesting that you layered those two Oud scents, Joseph. Love the look of that Polo as well. Is it just me, or did the label dept of Simpson decide to overlap it with the etching?

Thank you Jason. I am really enjoying the razor. After testing the AS-D2's limits yesterday, I took the wiser choice and backed off today. I think I will stick with the razor at least a couple more days and maybe a little longer. I have a new razor scheduled to arrive on Monday but with a little luck might be delivered tomorrow.

 

Thanks Jason....way to much soap. I believe my wife could gave shaved her legs with what was left.

I'll probably get a shave in with it this weekend. You will be surprised what a file will do. The blade will lock in the alignment tabs on the base plate. I have got the top plate to "float". I just have to watch the top plate alignment when I tighten down the handle. It is doable. I'll see how she shaves this weekend. Take care.

 

I decided to try a little more retail therapy. Ordered the Omega Roma Colosseum synthetic brush. With a 31mm x 55mm knot it looks very similar to the Trafalgar T3. If so, I will have a couple of good candidates for harvesting knots to go into some handles of my creation.

 

I thought you'd find a way to get a test drive out of the razor

 

The Oud is wafting all around me. ...and yes, Jason, the label department at that infamous Isle of Man factory overlapped my etching. But at least it's straight.
