    I've really enjoyed testing some new soaps this month. I decided to make march "menthol March", and coincidentally two of the soaps I was testing this month to write reviews were highly mentholated. The reviews for the Bundubeard Sanga Symphony and Kameelperds Kick as well as the Master Soap creations citrus melody will be coming out in the next few days.

    All three soaps have really managed to impress me, especially the citrus melody, I've wanted a mentholated citrus scented soap made locally in South Africa for a long time!

    Shave 1-4
    Razor: Gillette slim adjustable
    Brush: yaqi marble handle "plissoft"
    Blade: supermax blue diamond (1-4)
    Soap: Bundubeard Kameelperds kick
    Aftershave: arko ice mint

    Shave 5-9
    Razor: Gillette slim adjustable
    Brush: yaqi marble handle "plissoft"
    Blade: supermax blue diamond (5-9)
    Soap: Bundubeard Sanga Symphony
    Aftershave: arko ice mint

    Shave 10-15
    Razor: Gillette slim adjustable
    Brush: yaqi marble handle "plissoft"

    Soap: Master Soap Creations citrus melody

    Tallow+Steel Kyoto~~Morris & Forndran Ali Baba 2~~RazoRock GC OC .84/Voskhod~~Gucci Pour Homme (1976)
    Tallow+Steel soaps have fleetingly made appearances in my shave den, but the Kyoto is the only
    one to remain. It's unique amongst my soaps and, imo, the best that T+S has to offer.
    The Ali Baba has some pretty crunchy tips when dry. One would think they would be scratchy,
    but when they are wet, there's none softer in my brush stable.
    You may recall I owned and operated a Wolfman WR2 for about a month. (after a 9 month wait)
    Yes, it's moved on to greener pastures, but I absolutely do not miss it. Why :signs002:
    Because of the RazoRock Game Changer.

    This is dollar for dollar one of the finest razors on the market.
    Day two with the Voskhod and the blade came through with flying colors.
    I got a little greedy on the neck and paid for it with a couple of minor weepers.
    Witch Hazel and Proraso ASB took care of them and left my face nicely moisturized.
    Since eschewing aftershaves and using the Proraso daily, I am almost finished with this bottle!
    I may resort to something less expensive, perhaps Nivea or Stirling unscented.

    I found this plastic bottle on Ebay for $21.00.     Great deal.
    If you do a search for vintage Gucci, you will see the prices can be exorbitant.

    The cheap, glass decanter worked out very well.

    Busy morning so far. We're getting a lot of hardwood flooring done so clearing rooms was on the agenda. I've got everything moved except for three pieces that are just too heavy for me to move on my own. The son-in-law is going to stop by today and give me a hand. The wife and I will be living in one of the spare bedrooms for the next couple of weeks.

    Oh, and I shaved. A quick three passes on my neck.

    Jeff,
    My wife and kids have been in full time live classes all year.
    There are quite a few restrictions, including the electives they could choose, the structure of the day etc, and there are no school sports or inter school competitions (no Band trips for swmbo) province-wide.

    Great Enders shave, Dave! I hade the green Enders with the chrome insert, but also sold it! Never found it to be as efficient as I like! YMMV! Enjoy your day! I will get to the Baron’s Choice, but completely forgot this morning! :rolleyes:

    Fine shave despite the weeps. I have read the great reviews and seen youtubers extol the virtues of the RR Gamechanger. I do not know how RR can charge a low price for a SS razor. Kudos to them! Have a great day Joseph!
