Happy Friday Everyone. We had some serious thunderstorms roll through here late yesterday and into the evening. At least all the rain knocked down some of this pollen which should help my allergies today. Back with the Roma for Fat Friday. Even though the brush loaded and lathered the Fat with ease, the lathering always seems more airy with synthetics. This is likely me doing something different. Three passes and touch ups ended in a drama free BBS shave. I hope everyone has a great Friday.

Fine shave Clint! When I use my synthetics, the lathers are more evenly distributed and are low structure.

 

Well it was real interesting watching that storm last night, one of those sleepless nights again. Decided to open the window and watch that large lighting storm above me. really neat/beautiful to watch. Though when I woke up this morning found out a significantly large tornado struck about 25-30 min from me, I guess you could say not so good to view. No Idea if there has been reports on if anyone died, other than there being a lot of damage.

Thank you Joe. I’ve found I like badger and boar brushes better when using MWF. The lather just seems to be thicker and better.

That's worth looking into. Or maybe my skin is gradually settling into it(it was REAL bad the first time I used the A.S. a few years ago.).

 

The storms were intense yesterday. We had a tornado on the ground a few miles away that made a turn north at the last minute to avoid our neighborhood.

We are all fine. No damage but we have some areas that are torn up. Coworkers house got hit real bad in Centreville. They had to cut the trees off of the storm pit to get them out. That was a three hour wait.

I went to work for about an hour this morning. I'm back at home at not feeling good. I'm going to bed now and I'll post and get caught up later today.
