    Sunday morning’s Grand Freeze:

    Stirling Mentholated Pre Shave Soap
    Razorock Plissoft 26mm Monster
    Super Speed/Astra Green day 7
    Stirling Glacial Wintergreen SS
    Stirling Glacial Wintergreen ASB
    Stirling Glacial Wintergreen WH
    Bleu de Chanel Deodorant Stick
    Bleu de Chanel EdP

My face will need just about the whole day to thaw out from all this menthol - even the pre shave soap felt pretty cold but the Glacial Wintergreen soap’s menthol sensation is so strong that it feels almost borderline painful just like all the other Glacial soaps. The matching balm and witch hazel brought the freeze to another level. This shave was so BBS and so enjoyable!

Have a great Sunday - stay healthy and safe!

    Superior Lather Catcher
    Personna GEM SS PTFE
    CWR
    Pinaud Lilac Vegetal AS

The Vintage Life Licorice Shave Soap lathered well with The Brush B-3 by Tom. Two passes and touch ups with the Superior Lather Catcher razor with a Personna GEM SS PTFE blade gave me a close, comfortable shave. After a cold water rinse I finished off with Pinaud Lilac Vegetal AS. I am clean, smooth, and refreshed...

I never tried it and on an Italian forum, I read they complain for too high prices for the product: do you agree?
Is its quality worth its price?

    Nice shot, btw...

Agree. I traded a 95% full jar of MdC original for this. Good soap, but not at all worth the $70 price tag.

    70?
They must be out of their mind!
You may get a Boellis Panama for less than that.
They probably wanted to sit the soap on a classier chair by pushing the price...

I'll test MdC next days: last time was 5 years ago and... do not remember my impression
A friend sent me a sample...

    Sunday:

hot shower with Cremo Bourbon & Oak body wash
    Homemade PSO
    Schick Adjustable (6) 3 passes
    Ted Pella (2)
vintage Williams in a warm (Canadian Old Spice) mug
    DublDuck Ready boar
    Thayers unscented WH
    L'Occitane Bavx A/S balm

I really enjoy using the Cremo Bourbon and Oak scented products. Today included the shampoo, body wash, and deodorant.
A very nice shave with predictably good lather from the vintage Williams. Still trying Ted Pella blades in various injectors and today was a winner. I probably was a bit aggressive with my technique but I didn't make any blood come out and only the slightest hint of razor burn.

Have a great week, fellow shavers!

    Razor: shick adjustable injector
    Blade: personna
    Brush: semogue boar
    Soap: portus and cole
    Post: medicated witch hazel
    A/S: pinaud bay rum

Let me start off by saying that this brush sucks. I know some love them and all but it doesnt hold lather well at all. Using it actually regresses me to my early days of lathering..
Ok that smallish rant is done.

The shave was good. I dont know how long ive had the blade in there and i dont remember how many shaves it has, but i know i have shaved alot with over the past year or 2? Lol so the blade was at the end of its life span. It cut but it felt like i was putting pressure for it cut through. The lather, because of the damn brush was just ok , a little thin or a little foamy. I kept having to go pack to the bowl and relather. Bonus, is that im starting to smell the cedar more than citrus now. Overall not to shabby.
