    Excellent shave! I use a 10/8 straight razor so I wouldn't have any difficulty shaving with your Ronson razor.

    I’m a straight razor guy myself. Here lately I’ve been giving some of my old DE, SE, and odd ball razors some much needed attention and love! I don’t have any straight razors as big as yours, but I’m sure it fun to use.

    Thanks Joe and I would normally too but as I stated, the bottom of the bowl is tapered (domed up in the center) so soap won't stay in the center and the sides are deeper than it appears is what I was saying :happy088:

    I use DE and SE razors as well, but I am primarily a straight shaver. I will bring out my 10/8 Max Sprecher aka Mad Max this week. Yes, it is fun to use that razor. I have ordered 13/8 straight by ArtRazor that should be in my possession in May. Nice to meet you Andrew! Welcome to the 30DC crew! Hope I get to see some of your straights! Happy Resurrection Day!

    Happy Easter everyone. I decided to stick with MdC for the today as well. I will continue to use MdC each weekend for the remainder of the month. The little RV Rover did a wonderful job face lathering the MdC. Three passes and touch ups caught the baby with ease. I hope everyone has a blessed Easter Sunday.

    Adjustables

    Razor: PAL Adjustable
    Blade: Schick Injector(1)
    Brush: MrEE Chubby 2 clone
    SS: Palmolive Stick
    AS: Proraso Red

    I wanted to shave with one of my more rare adjustables. I know the PAL has a reputation for being a little rough but I got good 2 pass DFS results. The handle is a little harder to hold against the grain, but oh well. It's a fun razor I should use more often.

    The Palmolive Stick is my anti-arko alternative to avoid triggering Jason's gag reflex. Its a pleasant soap. To bad its heen discontinued.
