    April 6th
    Razor: Seygus Zeppelin V2 DP
    Blade: Ladas SuperStainless (1)
Brush: Heritage Collection dubl duck/ gelled boar
    Pre-shave: PAA Cube
    Soap: PAA Astra Planeta
    PAA Galactic Witch Hazel
    PAA Astra Planeta Star Jelly
    AS: PAA Astra Planeta

    Good morning!

I decided to bring out the Seygus Dual Personality for Adjustable April. It has a .7 gap on the scalloped side of the baseplate and .5 on the smooth side. This razor is up there with the smoothest shaving razors in my collection, regardless of which gap I'm using. Where this razor really stands out is how solid the blade feels while shaving against the grain. The blade feels as if it's a part of the overall mass of the razor. Just wonderful.

A little bit more of the tub was exposed this morning. I don't know if I'll finish the soap off this month but it should be close.

    Have a great day!

Thanks Joe. Temps will be in the 80's, so Jefferson Memorial Forest is on today's schedule. This is an especially cool park as it is close by my Grandparents' property and the church where much of my family is buried. It brings back a lot of good memories to visit that part of town.

    Thanks, Joe!

The brush is doing its job. I'm so glad it's come around. The gelled tips are so soft on the face it'll be nice to keep it in the rotation

    Tabac Tuesday

    Razor: Gillette Toggle (F4)
    Blade: Astra SS (1)
    Brush: MrEE LE #000
    PS: Proroso Green
    SS & AS: Tabac

Adjustable April feels like a throwback to when I first got into wet shaving. I fell into the hype that an adjustable was the way to go and it had to be a Fatboy. Of course, I had to get a Toggle, Slim, and a Rex Ambassador. I also had to run them wide open or very close. :)

I got a great shave with my toggle. The Tabac made a thick and slick lather providing the cushion I needed for a smooth 2 pass shave to very near BBS finish. I have one small spot on my jaw where I can feel stubble against the grain. Wonderful results.

I'm really enjoying the #000 brush. I think that has more to do with the top-quality SHD knot I have in it. As with most handles I keep for myself #000 was a scratch and dent handle that I trimmed and sanded for myself. I can see the difference between the other handles, but I dought anyone else ever will. I'm also loving the Teal blue. Still, now one has requested teal. So, I'm unique.
