    Greetings,

    Early morning shave,

Last outing of the Gillette Winner stainless, throughout the week the blade has performed wonderfully with causing no irritation or dulling problems...All in all, though i like the Gillette Winner Stainless & Platinum as both blades have gave me good satisfactory shaving results are suited to my mature skin type, and have paired together wonderfully with the various DE razors that i have used...Another enjoyable 3 pass + pick ups close comfortable shave with no errors to report.

Finishing to the shave off with a generous splash of Blue Stratos ASL.

My face is feeling super smooth & smelling divine.;)

Keep safe, and enjoy your day ladies & gentlemen.

    Razor: Timeless .95 SB
    Blade: Wizamet (1)
    Brush: Rubberset 400/Cashmere
    Soap: T&S Sicily 1508.5
    AS 1: Humphrey's Alcoholado Maravilla 70
    AS 2: T&S Sicily
    Fragrance: Penhaligon's Sartorial

Got the 68 and 95 Timeless baseplates and a top cap in from Mike (Highspeed) to experiment with. The 1st thing I was curious about was how I got along with the .95 SB Timeless and we got along like best friends with today's shave. I was working on VERY little sleep and wanted to save the real experimenting for another day. I had owned the 68 in OC before and it was nice but as a daily shaver the OC wasn't needed and I didn't reach for it much. The SB wasn't quite efficient enough for me and it got sold. I always figured the .95 would be too much for me but always read about how smooth it was for others. Well the .95 SB is a winner and thoroughly enjoyed the shave. The other test is using the .95 plate with the Asylum 17-4 handle and top cap as Mark (Shavemd) did. This is 1 of the solutions some have tried since the machine shop missed the numbers on the baseplates making them unshavable. On install it sure shows a blade not only with healthy exposure, but also at a fairly straight position rather than some curvature as it protrudes. We shall see how that goes perhaps tomorrow. Have a great day and Stellar saves Gents !!

All went well with the shots. Only side effect for either of us is a little soreness where we were jabbed.

Happy Thursday Everyone. I stuck with the same hardware lineup while going back to the La Toja shave cream. I added B&M Terrorade to the shave cream while lathering. The chill was a welcome addition on a muggy morning. Three passes and touch ups ended in a drama free near BBS. I hope everyone has a wonderful Thursday.

Same. However, the ATT was able to mow down a “maskne” zit. First blood this week. I’m 57 freakin years old and I am tired of the mask and the resultant acne. It’s been a day or two since I was a teenager! 3 weeks and I should be good after shot number 2!

Continuing on with the the ATT and Soap Commander focus.

Above the Tie Atlas handle with H1 plate.

    Astra SP (4)

    Soap Commander Drive shave soap.

Delrin handle shave brush with Dscosmetics synthetic knot.

    Pinaud Clubman Aftershave Lotion

I'll call this an oh yeah shave....probably one of my best ATT shaves to date. Everything just came together.

The Soap Commander was excellent this morning. I don't think it could have been any better.

The ATT with the Atlas handle is the Ferrari in the den. It is just a joy to drive. I amped things up a little and went for the H1 plate. I also rode the bar a little more this morning and received a beautiful three pass shave that was drama free. The alum was barely noticeable.

A little witch hazel followed by the juice a I am ready for the day.....but is the day ready for me? :D

    Have a great day gentlemen.

The "back 9" of the Bay Rum combo was great. 0:40 to load the Stoylin "li'l brudder" with the Jeeves soap.2 passes(could easily have been 3-maybe SHOULDA been). No Knicks or cuts. That's including the rough(another golf term)NE side of Porcupine Alley. NW side is less rough, but still you have to be careful. Good work along South Porcupine. I might have done a little better at the right side border of South Porcupine and Cactus. That's right close to the ingrown hair area-I shouldn't take it for granted that THAT area is ingrown, too. Cheeks&sideburn areas are angel soft-more so with the administering of the Stephan B.R. aftershave. Super Duper Excellent.
