Thanks for inviting me Joe! I really enjoyed this week with the Rockwell as I've been neglecting it lately . With all their problems bringing them to market they still deliver in the end . I'm sure every company has setbacks ....just look at car companies who have been producing for years but always have glitches with new models .

Why would Micky Dees announce billions of hamburgers served on their signs? Obviously, they don't need to do so because everyone buys their hamburgers.

You are most welcome Patrick! It was the first time that I used my Model T for an entire week and it really delivered great shaves. Now, I am glad to be getting back into straight shaving for the rest of the month.

After the sinking of the MdC, I have lost some focus.
I am, however, enjoying using some different soaps again.

The Spoiler is still going strong and together with the Italian slant, generated a great shave.
In this bottle of Tabac EdC, which I poured down the drain, is some vintage,
    pre-1989 reunification of
    Germany, Tabac.
The color of the vintage juice is yellowish, while the now-discarded juice was clear.
The new formula is a joke. It barely lasted an hour on my skin. No exaggeration.
The 30+ year-old juice is magnificent.
This is what the old bottle looked like. I would have liked to have kept it, but I prefer an
    atomizer to a splash bottle.

I have been slipping in my shaves as I used to shave daily then it became every 2 days then now sometimes 4 days . Time to slow things down and get back to those Zen moments in the den when I relaxed while I shaved .

Do not forget that there ARE people out there who out-hone Feather Pro Supers.
    :rofl::rofl::rofl::rofl::rofl:

Not me though. I think you need to use the divot honing method, where you start flat and use contortion strokes to divot your rock out.

Shaved with the Version II My Fine Steed. A razor with an exceptionally thin grind, but not as thin and flexible as the original which was made from a forging and methods largely abandoned a half century ago.

While I’ve read that ALL factory honing is lacking compared to that which the experts do, this factory is one guy. And, he is pretty good IMO.

Used one of the Stirling soaps laying around and finished up with one of the NOS Avon Tribute Dutch Pipes I have laying around. Ok scent, but not a fave.

Unless I am growing a beard, I can't go more than 3 days without shaving, especially when I am working. I usually shave around the 36 hr mark,
