The Tabac Shave Soap lathered well with Tom's B400 Two-band Badger. Two passes and touch ups with the Torqued by Tom razor with a Gillette Silver Blue blade gave me a close, comfortable shave. After a cold water rinse I finished off with Tabac ASB. I am clean, smooth, and refreshed...

Lately I rarely use creams but there are certain ones that I really enjoy occasionally and this Lyko is one of them. It’s from India and it has a clean scent with aquatic/minty notes, just a couple of dabs gives great lather, it has a pleasant menthol sensation, and it’s very skin friendly. The Prep and the Alt Innsbruck aftershave were a perfect finish. Another terrific three pass BBS shave!

RAZOR: Ellis & Allan 8/8 Stubtail (Mug), Famex Safety Razor (Dome)
BLADE: Sharp Star DE
PREP: Cold water rinse followed by a scrub with Argan Oil
BRUSH: MrEE LE Aluminum Monster Tuxedo Synth
SOAP: Soap Commander Honor
POSTSHAVE: Cold water wash with brush squeezings followed by a rinse with Humphreys Lilac WH. Finished with Osage Rub.

A.S.Razor shave, Tue, April 20th 2021

Razor: Everready 1924 (AKA shovelhead)-1924-33 Excellent mid range, different way of loading from back, easy to manipulate around the face. Everready Stream line strop handle for great grip.
Blade: Gem Personna SS PTFE(5) excellent blade, very sharp, great longevity, smooths out nicely + predictable.
Soap: Cyril R Salter Indian sandalwood cream- nice sandalwood scent, excellent lather qualities + good post shave feel.
Brush: Yaqi 24mm Tuxedo knot with marble handle excellent lather creator, cloud like soft tips, great scrubber+ great lather painter. It seems the loft is perfect for my brush desire for this tuxedo knot 54mm loft.
Pre shave: Brush wash whole face with CeraVe hand bar cleanser + a dollop of clear Aloe Vera gel on my cleaned beard area.
Prep: Cold water rinse after each pass of 2 + pickups. WTG + ATG + pickups.
Post shave: Witch hazel + Ogallala Bayrum + sandalwood + a dollop of Nivea balm.
Results: CCS,DFS,BBs + no irritation + no weepers = excellent shave with my ER 1924 shovelhead + a coated Gem blade.

Great shave this morning, decided to retire the streamline for awhile and pull out the reserve squad. The soap lathered up great and the brush still doesnt bend to my will. Lol stubborn this thing is. I think the plastic plug is too big not letting this thing splay but im committed to getting this thing broken in one way or another.
