    A refreshing chili April morning shave with some of my favorites. Thanks @rawfox1 for sending a second Taiga my way (for a good price) with a Titanium handle. I must say, surprisingly the Ti does make a significant difference in the shave (in a good way!). I didn’t think it would alter it that much - somehow felt significantly more maneuverable. I’m going to keep it on there for a while.

    DE SOTD, Wed, April 21st 2021

    Razor: Razorock 2nd Gen Lupo .72 - MFG 2021, excellent mid range, well designed for great results, nice carefree shaving IMO.
    Blade: Gillette 7oClock SP (Black)(4) excellent blade Sharp & smooth with good shaves from 1-5 for myself.
    Brush: Yaqi Sagrada Familia 24 mm Tuxedo knot- excellent lather generator, cloud like soft tips + great scrubber & lather painter.
    Soap: Cyril R Salter Indian sandalwood cream, nice scent with great lather qualities.
    Pre shave: Brush wash whole face with CeraVe hand bar cleanser+ a dollop of clear Aloe Vera Gel on the cleaned beard area.
    Prep: Cold water rinse after each pass of 2 + pickups. WTG + ATG + pickups.
    Post shave: Proraso red Sandalwood with witch hazel + a dollop of Nivea balm.
    Results: CCS,DFS,BBs + no irritation + no weepers = [​IMG]Excellent shave with my RR Lupo.72 + a Gillette 7oclock SP(black).

    Soap: derby
    Post: lemon witch hazel
    A/S: lime sec / 4711

    Great shave this morning. Such a smooth shave. The brush is a nice brush. Obviously it isnt a gel tip uber expensive knot, but it had nice backbone, it isnt floppy and it didnt shed a single hair. I still cant seem to get any badger to hold lather. I may have yo revisit lathering 101 guides to see if maybe im just knot getting it ( pun intended )

    Bbs smooth and im diggin it

    RAZOR: Thistle Cut “Persian” 5/8 (Mug), Gillette New SC
    BLADE: Feather DE
    PREP: Cold water rinse followed by a scrub with Argan Oil
    BRUSH: Rearden Razor 316L SS Tuxedo Synth
    CROAP: Stirling Glacial Electric Sheep
    POSTSHAVE: Cold water wash with Glyce Glycerin soap followed by a rinse with Humphreys Lilac WH. Finished with Osage Rub and Cremo Cooling Balm.
