Wow I'm a little late, Maybe I'll have more time to read up on posts soon. I'll be 19 the 10th of this month, hard to believe I'm almost 19. Most may laugh but man I feel old.

    Razor: Rex Envoy
    Blade: Bolzano Superinox (1)
Brush: Heritage Collection dubl duck/ gelled boar
    Pre-shave: PAA Cube
    Soap: PAA Astra Planeta
    PAA Galactic Witch Hazel
    PAA Astra Planeta Star Jelly
    AS: PAA Astra Planeta

Busy, busy day today. I tried to post my shave this morning but the thread was locked.
Seventy-two shaves is what it took to empty the 5oz tub of Astra Planeta but it's empty!

No plan for the month other than sticking with Bolzano Superinox blades for all my DE shaves.

The house is all put back together. My son-in-law was an enormous help. Not just with the heavy lifting but also with some AC problems on this near 90° day. We narrowed it down to being the thermostat. I sent my wife to Home Depot to get a cheap replacement to verify that it was the problem and it was. Now at least we had a cool house to move furniture in. While I was out griddling fajitas for dinner he used his Google fu to find the fix for an obscure problem with the Nest. He made the repair after dinner while I finished with the smaller stuff upstairs. I couldn't have made it through the day without him.

Hello, hope all are doing well. Had a fun day today. I stayed in my family’s hunting cabin last night, with my son. It’s spring turkey season here. we got up early, but couldn’t find a gobbler. We had very high winds here on Friday. The wind was supposed to die down during the night, but unfortunately that didn’t happen. The wind was blowing crazy hard around here until around 10:00am this morning. We didn’t stay in the woods to long, as the wind made it unsafe. The cabin is only 15 minutes drive to our house, but it’s fun to stay there.

Came home around 9:00. When the wind stopped, I put a new exhaust system on my son’s Corvair. Didn’t take too long so, the wife, son, and one of the dogs road around town today seeing family, ate dinner, and running errands. Smoked a nice cigar with by brother in law, when we stopped by his place! Nice way to end the day.
I got to say, the car sounds great now! Still needs a lot of work, but it’s coming along.

Tonight’s shave was nice. I used the new Gillette “ planet kind” shaving cream. I’m actually impressed with it! It was really slick, and lathered up great. The only thing I didn’t like was the smell. I can’t really place the smell, and it doesn’t smell bad, it’s just wasn’t something I thought smelled that great.

    Voskhod blade
    Gillette plant kind shaving cream
    Thayers Rose witch hazel

Man, I’m only 42, but I wish I was 18 again! My wife sometimes tells me, I still act like a teenager. Unfortunately when I do, the next day my body reminds me I’m not. Lol.
    Enjoy your youth!
