The NOS Personna blades I used in the E3 were a generous gift from Mike @MPF9. They were sharp, smooth, and performed brilliantly.

Razor: Schick J1 type injector-MFG 1957-64, milder mid range, easy to move around the face, easy under the nose to shave.
Blade: Personna SS PTFE blade(3) excellent blade, very sharp, good longevity & smooths out nicely.

Razor: Schick injector E type, Canadian variant- Mfg 1930's & 40's, excellent mid range and a joy to work around the face, lightweight and so some minor pressure might be needed at times.
Blade: Personna SS PTFE (10) very sharp blade, great longevity, smooths out nicely.
Soap: Speick, scent is a little spicy with excellent lather qualities, I like this hard triple milled soap.

@Enrico , I really enjoy that razor with a Twin II blade, but I'm no sure if I was getting in-grown's so I stopped using it with a twin II. Single blade works OK and is very enjoyable.
The Stick Schick brings back some enjoyable thoughts of my youth back how we liked our cars and even a bit of racing.

I love the Injecto-matic. Do you know if they were designed/first released in the UK or US? I Know only they were released in the US for Christmas 1952 but don't know about the UK release.

Hello Jeff, I tried to look up information on the Pal injecto-matics and there is not much. I have the brochure that came with the razor. The white handled injectors I believe where made in USA and the black handled ones where MFG in UK.

Couldn't help but notice the familiar marketing strategy there of dropping the price by reducing the number of blades . It was 89 cents with 10 blades at introduction.

Very tentatively answering my own question, the Injecto-matic was advertised here in Punch as a new razor in late '54 suggesting the US version may have come first. Info indeed hard to find.[IMG]
