Thanks Bill! I am bringing Max, Artie and my new Danny brush for JoeC to peruse. As far as alum, it is the first time that I used it so I am going to see if I get any reaction to it. Take care.

Okay already...... this pizza stuff is just plain mean.

Maybe retribution will be in the form of a photo of the BLT I’m working on.

    After the lawn work

•Stirling Glacial Lemony Orange - awesome but discontinued.....try Satsuma as an alternative - cool and citrusy after the lawn
•Simpsons Emperor 3 - maybe the perfect brush in my preferences
•Dovo 91 - The Sunday Shaver (sharing the 5/8 shoulderless blank with the spiffy 5/8 Bergisher Löwe), scaled in cocobolo, honed by paid pros a couple of times, but never liked by me as much as using the illegal methods. Don’t do this. Stay legal.

I love thin grinds. My inventory doesn’t go larger than 6/8, maybe a 7/8 will find it’s way to my house one day.

I gotta stop using shavettes, they make my shaving lazy.

Great shave Danny! I am going to sidestep any jesting remarks today. I am meeting Joe C for lunch and later this afternoon, I will be going to a Bible teaching at a friends house in Nassau County. Nassau is the next county from me. It is only s 45 min drive. Have a great day!

Great post and shave Bill! Shavette shaves are great if you don't feel like stropping. They also keep your skills sharp. It seems to me that you have your eye on a 7/8. May I suggest a vintage 7/8 Henckel Friodur or a 7/8 Herder and sons Ace of Spades. Enjoy your day.

I’d be proud to own either vintage piece for sure.

    The finale.....

    Perfectly constructed.
    • Medium toasted Martins potato bread still soft in the middle.
    • Dukes mayo on the bread
    • Firm hickory thick bacon on the Mayo
    • Tomatoes on the bacon so the acidic juices blend with the bacon and Mayo
    • Large pieces of iceberg lettuce to protect against tomato sogging the bread

For keto fans, ditch the Martins bread (major bummer) for your favorite alternative.

For improvement, get some genuine in season garden summer tomaters. All in the seasons and time.

I have successfully remedied the trauma caused by pizza picks.
