What's your plan for "Mayhem" May?

Looks delicious Jim. I love to cook peppers and onions on the griddle.

Delicious! I don't need a tortilla, just put it in a bowl and I am fine with it.

    They were, Joe.
We don't use tortillas. Put them on a plate, throw on some cheese, guacamole and sour cream. I did have a handful of macadamia nuts for dessert. I hadn't eaten enough fat for the day.

I haven't had macadamia nuts in years. I don't need the cheese, gauc and sour cream, but teriyaki sauce will do fine.

We almost always have macadamia nuts in the house. Their fat content is good for the way we eat. Teriyaki sauce is a no go here, too much sugar unfortunately. The fajitas didn't need it anyway, they were well seasoned with traditional fajita seasoning.

Myles, how do you know what a Disco from the 70s smells like?

I'm sorry but I had to ask. :D

Awesome shave and enjoy your freedom...boot camp is coming.

    Take care.

Thanks Joe. I don't feel enough confidence to try the real thing yet. I'll get there though.
