Glamper shave…out at an event again after driving all afternoon.

Used the GFT shave cream as is, no brush, made lather using my hand & water. Think I’ll add a brush for next weekend’s trip. It worked, but a little tougher than I expected to get the consistency where I liked. Old faithful, the DX loaded with a new Proline, super results in 2 passes, no issues. Big slather of the matching GFT sandalwood skin food. Aroma to my nose is a lemony sandalwood.

Good evening guys!
I decided to shave tonight so that is one thing less to worry about before I set out for my trip tomorrow. Also, I want to have a decent stubble to shave on Sunday morning before the big ceremony.

It's Fatboy Friday evening!
The Angora Soaps Midnight Lavender is a strong, wonderful scent and it generates a very slick lather. The H/M brush has realky impressed me. The Delrin handle is light, but it feels secure in my hand. It really is a great brush
Anyway, I did two passes with some buffing and it gave me a BBS shave without incidents. Did not use the alum block because it is packed away in my travel kit. I just needed the witch hazel and the MSC lavender aftershave to end this very nice shave. Have a great evening and Saturday, too!

 

Now that’s a use I’d never thought of……may have to give that a good TX try coming up in July/August.
