    I’m not really an in front of the camera person either. Do okay behind the camera ;)….with this face built for radio though.

    We almost went for a really nice pellet smoker. It’s what we originally shopped for. Two separate DFW BBQ specialty stores, one with an older gent salesman, and one with a younger salesman, both recommended the Kamado style over pellet smokers. FWIW. These stores sold BBQ setups from $50 to the 10s of thousands of $….

    Clint, I thought you had one of the BGE style temp fans for yours…..I’ve been thinking of one soon to help with the sub 280 temps for long timed smoking in the BGE.
