Rise and shine brothers. I started my morning with a 5:00 AM X3Bar Push workout outside on the patio. It was definitely warm for this that time in the morning. It feels good to get it done, leaving myself invigorated for the rest of the day or at least until one of the Yutes tries to push the wrong button.

Superb “Ode to Matt” shave courtesy of the MMOC. Overall most excellent in smoothness with one minor mishap courtesy of a speed bump, developing pimple, on the left neck area. Go figure, I must be going through puberty or Mingiapause.

Happy Monday everyone. I really feel weekends are entirely too short. I should have worked some this weekend but being able to relax does seem to have recharged my batteries. Another automatic shave this morning. Three passes and touch ups ending in a drama free BBS shave. I hope everyone has a great Monday.
