All awesome but this is super cool. I've been wanting an Eversharp Schick Fashion Razor in my rotation. First time I've ever seen it called "hussy". You know they were well used because really all of the ones that ever show up on eBay, the plating is worn or totally gone.
The cap is solid brass. And then there's all that metal in the head. It's a weighty girl, that's for sure. I've just been wanting to experience face shaving with one. Intrigues me having to use my whole hand to hold onto a wet shaving razor instead of a few fingers. I also think maybe it could be a pretty good head shaver based on the way one has to hold it. Other than the change from the Type A thru Type C repeating razors to the keyed injector starting with the scissor style Type D, and the Type D itself, and the adding of the Hydro-Magic lever to the Type I2, I think this is the only other very major style change in Schick/Eversharp wet shaving history. There were 2 versions of the Fashion Razor sold at the same time: the weighty Ladies Fashion Razor with its fixed plastic handle and its brass cap to put on the head for storage when not in use, and cheaper sister The Deb Fashion Razor where the plastic handle pulls off and serves as the cap for storage when not in use.
