Quick little getaways are nice from time to time. No airports or car rentals. Just a quick drive to a little resort town in the mountains.

I know what you meant Paul.:D

There are some that live in NYS. I think there are a few that live in NYC, but as far as Long Island, I would venture to say no.

I used Noxema cream with Williams and it made a nice, über lather.

I decided to bowl lather the Proraso today. The Omega Pro 49 did a great job to get a nice creamy lather. However, I did lose a black bristle. Two passes gave me a near BBS shave without any incidents. I hardly got any feedback from the alum. I applied the witch hazel and then I followed with a generous portion of the Proraso Green aftershave. This shave was smooth, comfortable and refreshing. Have a great rest of the day guys!

Thanks Gary! I like easy and simple shaves. I don't care for soaps that you have to work it to get a decent lather. Proraso Green is a soap that is easy to lather and feels great. My only complaint with Proraso is that they should have an ultra menthol version.

i have a brit soap that is quite similar scent wise with a little more menthol.not cryogen strong but very pleasant.i would say it's a little nicer lather as well..not that it matters.proraso is nice enough.;)

Wonderful glacial shave Clint. The Citron sounds like a nice scent. I have been on. NB for soaps since last June. Perhaps I will pick up. Splash instead
