    Thanks Dave.

I apparently have bad organizational skills. :(

Someone just does not want to cooperate so I must have bad motivational skills as well. :D

    Good afternoon guys!

It was a very late morning shave for me.
The C-Mon brush really gave me a nice, slick creamy lather. On the second pass, I added a touch more soap and my second lather was better than the first. This brush is my 1-A and it really is awesome to use, especially when I figured out how to properly use it months ago. It is a latherhog and I just circumvent it by adding a heavier pasty load and paint it on while adding water and only use circular motions when the lather builds up on my face.
Two passes without touchups gave me an error-free BBS shave. However, I did get more than usual feedback from the alum, but it wasn't like it was an oh #%@☆! moment. Applied generous amounts of witchhazel and aftershave to top off this wonderful shave! Have a great Sunday afternoon guys!

I'm still in, Blair, as long as @jtspartan doesn't object to a $7 Omega boar brush I purchased for giveaway earlier this year...and still haven't given it away. It will stay in the box or be given way during my NB period.

Believe it or not, I'm still OK on shave den inventory. :) I unpeeled a Tabac shave stick refill from the wrapper today. You haven't lived until you get the first whiff off a brand new Tabac stick. It's a wonderful and complex aroma with top notes of manliness, winning, and fresh German air. :)

Sorry, all, for being scarce these past few days. We were kinda busy leading up to our Minnesota trip. (@Trigger we made the 13-hour drive in one day. It has been a long time since we've done anything like that. We had some interesting traffic-related detours, but we actually enjoyed driving through the mid-western farmland. We even saw a Bald Eagle in Iowa. We felt good after we arrived, as we've learned to take frequent breaks on the road.) We've been here a few days and have seen some friends. We get down to business tomorrow morning. We have a few things to complete each day next week.

My travel kit is a tribute to @jtspartan on every level. I'm using a 30DC LE brush and a wonderful Gillette NEW SC that I acquired before the NB went into effect. Both items originated from Jason, and they are definite keepers. I've used the SC since mid-month, and it shaves like a dream. The cherry on top of the sundae in my travel kit is the Tabac shave soap...again, a tribute to Jason and his 30-shave Tabac journey that begins in January 2022.

Take care, guys, and I hope to catch up over the next day or two.

Happy Sunday gentlemen. I have had a busy morning and afternoon. Wood splitting, church, more wood splitting me putting together one of two storage boxes for the cushions to the backyard furniture. Finally, at 4:30, I took a dip in the pool. Such a beautiful day.

The Cella paired with the Chella Cool was a perfect match for the warm and muggy day. You know it is muggy that following a cool shower you are starting to sweat while you are shaving. The coolness of the menthol was extremely refreshing and welcomed. Three passes had my face smooth and refreshed just in time to accompany the missus to church.

I hope everyone is having an enjoyable Sunday.
