    Razor: Yates 921-H Plate/Nodachi Handle
    Blade: London Bridge (1)
    Brush: @Hembree Delrin Cashmere Fan
Soap: Haslinger Schafmilch (Current 1508.5 Project)
    AS 1: Humphrey's Alcoholado Maravilla 70
    AS 2: Proraso Green Splash
    Fragrance: Scuderia Ferrari Black
    Consecutive Daily Shaves - # 970

New Knot in the Derin Handle by @Hembree Industries and like it better than the HUGE glue bumped knot I had in it. That will need to go to someone that likes TONS of stiffness in a knot. The London Bridge I saw a bunch of hubbub about and was curious about them. Thanks to Pete (Patriot) for sending me a tuck with some others to try. 1 shave in and I find them smooth and adequate but not as sharp as the Wizamets I like or some others for me. I'll need more shaves before a conclusive thought but a nice blade so far. Have a great day Guys !

Very nice shave Dave! I like the cashmere knot wuth that handle. In fact, I originally was going to purchase a cashmere knot for my Hemree handle, but went with the Maggard's Timberwolf instead. Have a great 4th!

Thank you Joe....on chilly July days like this, we need to get out something from our "cold-weather" set. The "seasoned" crowd, that is.

SOTD SUNDAY MORNING, JULY 4TH, 2021

It’s nice to wake up in one’s own bed to a sunny start to the 4th of July! I’d like to wish a happy 4th to all my shave brothers and sisters reading this! This morning’s shave featured my 1815 vintage Ellis & Allan 8/8 stubtail. It’s one big honkin’ piece of steel masterfully restored at the well-known Mercurio Sandpoint, ID straight razor beauty spa. Handling this huge shaving tool one-handed with my non-dominant right hand was a bit of a challenge, but three mug passes later all was well. The trusty little Ronson safety razor cleared away my dome stubble in two ATG passes with its usual aplomb, and left me clean and oh-so-smooth.

RAZOR: Ellis & Allan 8/8 1815 Stubtail (Mug), Ronson Safety Razor (Dome)
    BLADE: Schick B-20 Proline Injector
PREP: Cold water rinse followed by a scrub with Argan Oil
BRUSH: Sapele/Resin Handled Omega Pro48 Boar Knot
    CROAP: A&E Kaizen
POSTSHAVE: Cold water wash with brush squeezings followed by a rinse with Humphreys Lilac WH. Finished with Cremo Cooling Balm.

Independence Day shave was another great one, though a couple of issues-red polkadots on either edge of Porcupine Alley. They were harmless-just showed up. Didn't throw me off-I just said "Ahhh, let's get the rest of the shave done". And that I did. By the way, I had the same stuff as yesterday's shave, but the brush was different-the Crown King Spindle Duro Tali. Very well done along the cheeks and sideburn areas. Same with the borderline of Porcupine and Cactus(jawline). I went a little too easy just to the left of the ingrown hairs on Cactus-I'll need to do better there tomorrow. Nice finish with the Clubman. Happy overall....Super Duper Excellent.

Straight shave #4 in July and like yesterday, I used my Portland.
The Williams was face-latherer with the Rubberset 400/3 and was a excellent
    base on which to shave.
Eschewed cheek ATG, but kept practicing on the neck. Again, like yesterday, the oblique
angle seems to be the only feasible
attack that I can safely make.
Results aren't as good as a DE, but better than usual.
The aftershave choice was in keeping with my all-American gear this July fourth.

Basenotes doesn't elaborate regarding the notes. I get a more complex scent than just lime.

Fragrantica has a little more to add.
