You can tell from the seller's pics it is not a new or flat bottom new. You can't see the exact shape but you can tell there is some sort of indent on the base plate so it leads me to believe it is that French market Tech razor. I have no idea what razor belongs with that case but do know it is not this one.

Great, unless there is something special about that razor it should be fairly easy to find a replacement to piece the set together.
Yes, just a generic old type but I think the Made in U.S.A. font on the bottom of the guard is different than most old types. And the white blade boxes will be a challenge to find I think.
