    :D I got this too cheap to make it worth selling it. Actually the shave really lasted today so I would keep it even if it doesn't feel the best while shaving due to the great results. You NEED one so go get it :chores016:

    There are different schools of thought on how to sous vide briskets. The last one I pre-smoked and cooked at a higher temp for a shorter time. This one I'm cooking at a lower temp for longer and smoking after.
    I'm a find out for myself kind of guy.
