1931-1935 Gillette French Goodwill Empire Set

Not a rare set, IMO

 

Tried to make a thread in Tapatalk and got "you don't have permission to post in safety razors" ???
So here's a good read with no pics.
I saw the fat handle with a gold black beauty and ball end tech on fleabay. 8 photos in I realized "it's a Brazilian Goodwill"! I throw a bid for Goodwill $, and win at what I'd say was regular black beauty money.

Score right?... but it wasn't until I had it in my hands that I realized Goodwill NEW baseplate with solid guards. Super score! Googling around the last day or so, the best I found was a mr-razor post from 2015 on one he just acquired. He was stumped as well.
I tried throwing it a couple things like NEW Hybrid Tech, and it looks like mr. Razor came up with "Brazil Goodwill/Tech-Hybrid".
I know NEW is implied in Goodwill, I just liked the ring of New HT lol.
