Brush: Lider Turkish Boar. Face Lather. Lather : Arko Shave Stick. Blade: Dorco Titan. (D2) Razor: Parker Variant.(Settings) 3-wtg,4-atg + Pick ups. Post: Cold water face wash with brush squeezings, Cold Water Face Rinse. /Homemade (~Spring/Summer mix~) Lemon, Eucalyptus, Tea Tree, Essential Oils. + 3 Menthol Crystals Mixed Together With 200ml of Care+Witch Hazel./Arko Comfort AS/Cologne + ASB. Greetings, Early morning shave, A Turkish themed shave to finish my shaving week off...The Dorco Titan/Parker Variant duo has paired together wonderfully throughout the week. A Enjoyable 2 pass + pick ups close comfortable shave with no errors to report...Finishing to the shave off with a small dollop of Arko Comfort ASB. The Parker variant has been a pleasure to shave with this week if i only had the choice to shave with any of my DE razors then the Variant would be a strong contender....It has been an interesting week using the Parker variant i have realised that i can get a close comfortable shave with only 2 passes + pick ups...Maybe it's the assertiveness of the variant settings but i intent to carry on using this shaving method for a while to see if i can get the same results with other DE & SE razors. Thursday's Shave Cold Water Rinse CTAPT Shave Cream The Brush B-400 by Tom TNNSER Original Personna GEM SS PTFE CWR Aqua Velva Musk AS The CTAPT Shave Cream lathered well with the B-400 Brush by Tom. Two passes and touch ups with the TNNSER Original Razor with a Personna GEM SS PTFE Blade gave me a close, comfortable shave. After a cold water rinse I finished off with Aqua Velva Musk AS. I am clean, smooth, and refreshed...

MicroMatic Monday 3rd AnniverSaRy (July 22)of collecting shaves, thoughts and the odd laugh. Razor: Gem 1912-Mfg 1921, nice mid range, well built, this one was NOS with the gold wash still in tack. Blade: Gem Personna SS PTFE(3) excellent blade, very sharp, great longevity, smooths out nicely & predictable. Soap: Razorock The Dead Sea, nice different scent with excellent lather qualities. Brush: Yaqi Artic sky 24mm synthetic, excellent lather generator, heavenly cloud like soft tips, nice scrubber + great lather painter. Pre shave: Brush wash whole face with CeraVe hand bar cleanser + a dollop of clear Aloe Vera gel on the cleaned beard area. Prep: Cold water rinse after each pass of 2 + pickups. WTG + ATG + pickups. Post shave: Razorock The Dead Sea with witch hazel + a dollop of Nivea balm with a few drops of HA. Results: CCS, DFS, BBs + no irritation + no weepers = excellent shave with my Gem 1912 with a Gem coated blade. Have some great shaves!
