Commie Razor Day. This is a very plain, and utilitarian Russian Razor. But, its steel is up there, with the best of them. Extremely sharp, and smooth. It delivered a very nice 2 pass shave, that ended with BBS results.

Razor- Stiz, "Dawn", Made in Moscow. circa 1975
Brush- Art of Shaving, Pure Badger. Not the most comfy of brushes, because it is very scritchy.
Soap/Cream- ARKO Cream
Aftershave- Pinaud Clubman

Another stunner, Jim! That razor is beautiful. I almost bit when they were available at Bullgoose but at the time I was still sticking to my No Buy. That's over and done with.

The Williams Mug Soap lathered well with Jayaruh #423 Brush. Two passes and touch ups with the AutoStrop A2 Razor with a Personna GEM SS PTFE Blade gave me a close, comfortable shave. After a cold water rinse I finished off with Pinaud Clubman AS. I am clean, smooth, and refreshed...
