Razor: Razorock Mission, Mfg 2014> nice mid range, similar to the EJ DE89 in looks, I generally receive excellent shaves with this razor. Nice different Audio feedback knowing the whiskers are being sheared.
Blade: Gillette Astra Superior stainless(5) excellent blade, Sharp & smooth with great longevity.
Soap: Razorock Don Marco, Nice citrus scent with excellent lather qualities.
Brush: Yaqi 24mm Moka express, excellent lather generator, heavenly cloud like soft tips with gentle scrub + excellent lather painter.
Pre shave: Brush wash whole face with CeraVe hand bar cleanser + a dollop of clear Aloe Vera gel on the cleaned beard area.
Prep: cold water rinse after each pass of 2 + pickups.
Post shave: Italian barber Amici aftershave with witch hazel + a dollop of Nivea balm with HA.
Results: CCS,DFS,BBS + no irritation + no weepers= excellent shave with my RR mission + a Astra SS blade.

Razor: the recently honed, modified Gold Dollar 208,
Brush: the well worn Semogue 1305 boar bristle
Soap: Fine Accoutrements Italian Citrus soap
After Shave: Fine Accoutrements Italian Citrus





I am finally getting comfortable with the ATG , double handed under the nose so called "fools pass".

Still will not do the back of my neck with it though.

Very fine valet autostrop shave and pix Gary.

 

A nice shave today, from an American Made razor, and well trusted company. I had a very smooth, 1 pass shave, no need for a second pass. It ended with a DFS. This is a very well made blade, and some fine steel.
