Another flawless shave, from a Spanish Rescue Razor. I had a very smooth 2 pass shave, that left me Baby Dolphin Butt Smooth(BDBS). Zero issues. Also, I do like this little workhorse of a brush. The Shave Cream is also great. Easy to lather, and super slick.

Razor- Filarmonica 14. Doble Temple, JMP. Made in Spain.
    Brush- Wilkinson Sword. Boar
Soap- Taylor of Old Bond Street(TOBS). Cedarwood
    Aftershave- Pinaud Clubman

went with a pharmacy type shave. Items that could be easily found in a pharmacy. Experiment went pretty well. Did as good as a job as some of my higher end stuff. Happy with it!

    Burrell Cutlery “Top Flight” No.1
    Brush: Chisel & Hound
    Suds/Splash/EDC: B&M Reserve Cool
Head shave: Pomco Diagonal w/ GSB

Honed up 3 of these Top Flights, and the first out of the gate was a Charnley Forest edge… consistently good for me. Used the Pomco for the last week of head shaves… great DE.

5/8 Le Grelot 355 Sheffield Steel, a fine little sports car of a razor that will mow down the heaviest beard with ease. Pre de Provence delivered the always great SR experience that it’s known for via a Keyhole 3, and Myrsol Limon finished up.

The Perfection is unique among my big blades in having a thin grind. It sings a bit while shaving which is nice but the shave is even better :happy036:

Wednesday morning shave, EDV Neiström. Not a pleasant shave, have to be honed and thoroughly stropped. Had to use the Merkur for a decent shave.

A friend of mine mentioned my old Kenwa western asymmetric kamisori, and oddly enough I’d been thinking about digging it out of the razor vault, freshening up the edge and giving it a shave. It shaved very much like a traditional Kamisori, buttery smooth but watch your Ps and Qs when shaving. Soap was MdC rose and Myrsol Plastic Shave finished up a really nice BDBS shave.
