I put that in for size reference. I didn't have an already despined Gem blade and the feather was right there. @jimjo1031 asked me if the blade could be used without the spine. I don't remember if I responded to that question. However I did try it and the blade flexed a bit to much without the spine. If it was trimmed to the perfect size it may work though. I didn't have a. Original blade to go by so mine may be still a bit over sized.
Idk how the blade mounts, but will it not be a problem the blade edge isn't parallel with the spine any more?
I know some gems, maybe all, have little nubs to catch and align the front edge... maybe the same principal. Just curious. Sent from my SM-G977U using Tapatalk
Are you criticizing my cut geometry? Yeah it's a little off but the Eagle does have blade stops and the blade is only contacted at one point on the spine so it doesn't have to be perfect.
Not a criticism, but an observation. I could critique if you like Sent from my SM-G977U using Tapatalk
..if it has the triangular 4th gen baseplate it's not correct but still a great score..looking for another case like that one..
The Proraso Green I was waiting on to go with my first ever tub of Proraso green arrived. Well, big disappointment. It is the new style bottle, not the old one with the label that matches the box. Sigh.....
